Returns & Exchanges

We want your little ones to love their oversized fits. If something isn’t quite right, here is how we can help.

UAE Exchanges

While we do not offer returns in the UAE, we are happy to exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • The Process: Email us at lo.support@mybroz.com with your order number and the item you'd like to swap. We’ll send you instructions right away.

  • Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for exchanges.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the UAE.

If We Made a Mistake

We take great care in our quality, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll make it right.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a full exchange or refund for any errors on our part.

Refunds & Credit

In the event of a refund (for damaged or incorrect items):

  • Card Payments: Your refund will be issued back to the original card used.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Store Credit to be used on your next favorite find.
