1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time (Standard): Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

  • Order Cutoff Time (Express): Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing the following business day. Please make sure you are ordering before 6:00 PM to receive your package same day.

  • High Volume Note: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 24 hours. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer expedited domestic shipping to ensure your order arrives within 1–2 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

GCC Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We provide express cross-border shipping to all GCC countries, including:

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar
  • Bahrain
  • Oman

2. Delivery Timelines (2–4 Business Days)

Our goal is to get your order to your door as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Charges (Calculated at Checkout)

To provide the most accurate and fair pricing, shipping costs are not flat-rated. Instead, they are dynamically calculated at checkout based on:

  1. Package Weight & Dimensions: Optimized to save you money on smaller items.

  2. Specific Location: calculated based on the country you are ordering from.

4. Customs & Duties

Shipping internationally means your Little Olives gear has to pass through international borders.

If you’re ordering from outside the UAE, please keep in mind that your destination country may apply customs fees or import taxes once your package arrives. Since these are set by local governments, the receiver (that’s you!) is responsible for settling these charges to release the order from customs. This applies to all our customers, including our retail and wholesale partners.

We wish we could give you an exact number, but because customs regulations change from country to country, we can’t predict the specific amount you might be charged. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you want to get an estimate before you buy.
